The two girls that deal with Booking the car in have good knowledge and are nice to deal with,
I was able to use the sit and wait service for my end of warranty and first MOT. The work was completed promptly and I had a quiet place to catch up on emails and call, with a hot drink and a comfortable seat.

Taylan Kani at Sytner Loughton was really patient and helpful with information. He took his time to find the right car, provide lots of information and finally went out of his way to help surprise my daughter with balloons, a bow on her birthday.

We were lucky to always have very friendly, yet professional interactions with Taylan. He remembered us from 2 years ago and we had a good laugh at times - he even reminded me about the GAP insurance on my previous vehicle.
The only criticism I would have is the complimentary clean it wasn't completely clean few dirty marks round the back bumper and wheels weren't done properly
The Sales man Jack Harris was extremely efficient, polite and friendly, he listened to what I wanted and gave me several options. He got the Mini to me as promised within the week. The whole experience was great and the Mini is fantastic!
