My car was collected at my place of work at 09.00am and returned to me at 15.00pm, it was serviced and cleaned, by a very politeDriver, and I didn't have to pay a penny with the 5 year service. Plan,
Was promised a video health check as part of my first MOT, when this didn't arrive I contacted the service centre and was told, well the car is only 3 years old what could be wrong & if one was on file it would be sent to me. I received nothing.
Service reception was expecting me, pointed out the coffee machine and I had a comfortable chair and wi-if whilst my mini was serviced.
Richard our sales person provided excellent service throughout. Knowledgeable and customer focused. It really made a difference to us and the rest of showroom team were also excellent.
They were very helpful and adaptable to my working situation and would speak to me when they said they would. I discovered that one of the staff Lauren Partner came in on her day off to hand over the new car to me. That is great customer service!

I was notified car was ready, my husband left work early to collect it, only for me to receive a last minute call saying it wasn't ready. The problem due to last visit to this Sytner: wheel nuts screwed on too tightly - needed to be welded off.
Although everybody was very helpful I was left hanging around for a while.It would be useful seeing a punctured tyre in situ to be totally satisfied a replacement was necessary. Kwik Fit would do this

They always allow me to drop off my car before 8am, they always clean the car inside & out and always call to say the car is ready and if there are any problems/costs to be incurred

Prior to purchase I was given all the information I needed and asked for,about the car and the buying process. All the appointments (test drive, contract signing and collection)were kept as agreed and hence the whole process went smoothly.
