Prompt courteous service
I believe my car was damaged during it's time - 4 weeks - at the service centre. I am still waiting for the manager/Alana to contact me
I was very pleased to have Taylan serve me what a very polite helpful young man
I was surprised this time not to get confirmation of service I had booked, as had booked a bit in advance, had to phone to confirm. Then found out it was booked for 11am instead of 9am as I was told. Also the person I spoke to had not booked an MOT.
Efficiently carried out.
It was quick and straightforward, plus they cleaned my car!

Taylan was fantastic. Honest and kept us updated.
Good to have a dedicated service desk, who had all the paper work ready when I arrived to drop the car off. Gave feed back on the status of the car during the day and followed up a few days later with a customer satisfaction call.

When you try and book a service ahead of time but need a replacement car, you have to really allow 8-10 weeks which is a long time ... get more replacement cars.However, if you don't need a car they are superb at fitting you in.
Informative during the whole process from ordering to delivery. Extremely helpful sales team.
The service was done as should but they said they was gona clean n hoover car as part of service. I had only had my car professionaly cleaned the day before and when I returned it looked smeary n unhoovered unlike the sparkley car I had left them...

Was promised a video health check as part of my first MOT, when this didn't arrive I contacted the service centre and was told, well the car is only 3 years old what could be wrong & if one was on file it would be sent to me. I received nothing.
Service reception was expecting me, pointed out the coffee machine and I had a comfortable chair and wi-if whilst my mini was serviced.
Richard our sales person provided excellent service throughout. Knowledgeable and customer focused. It really made a difference to us and the rest of showroom team were also excellent.
They were very helpful and adaptable to my working situation and would speak to me when they said they would. I discovered that one of the staff Lauren Partner came in on her day off to hand over the new car to me. That is great customer service!
I was updated through out my wait. Everyone was friendly. Nice environment.
I was notified car was ready, my husband left work early to collect it, only for me to receive a last minute call saying it wasn't ready. The problem due to last visit to this Sytner: wheel nuts screwed on too tightly - needed to be welded off.
Although everybody was very helpful I was left hanging around for a while.It would be useful seeing a punctured tyre in situ to be totally satisfied a replacement was necessary. Kwik Fit would do this
