The service on my mini was completed, new tyres fitted and it was valeted so I drive home feeling v satisfied by my service experience.
The pre booked MOT & new battery installation was perfect. I waited and all was done in the time suggested. All professional and I like the short Video very much

Taking the car in to have the car serviced was fast and efficient. When booking and arriving at the center the girls were happy and couldn't do more to help us. Handed the keys over and the car was serviced while we waited very pleased
MOT was completed on time. The car was valeted and washed on return. The Service personnel were very pleasant and helpful especially when I forgot some documents they looked after them for me until I returned to collect.

The change of pads was forced by the elapsed time or mileage on the service indicator, and not by the wear on the pads, which would have been signaled by the wear indicators. Hence you forced me to change the pads before they were worn out.

Would of been 5 stars if they hadn't of left my dashcam unplugged I understand they might of unplugged it for security reasons but should of plugged it back in on completion

They repaired the oil leakage which caused the engine light to come on but the car had been low on oil for some time and the engine light came on again 2 days after I collected it and have now been told it needs a new timing chain costing £1300.
