There was an issue with my car being damaged in transit from the plant, and the manager went out of his way to ensure that i received an undamaged car, within the same timeframe

Friendly, efficient and knowledgable staff. Particular mention goes to Matthew Brightmore and also his colleagues Tom and Sean.

The service was done well - however they never added any wipers liquid in the car even though i didn't have any in the tank... I am fairly sure that they were supposed to add some.

I forgot my driving license and Alana very kindly arranged a lift for me which i very much appreciated. The drop off and pick up were all very easy with no waiting around, my car was ready quickly and they also cleaned it for me. Very happy all round

It would have been a 5 but I only founf out afterwards that there were minor oil leaks. I wish I had seen the written report to see exactly what the engineer did. The Video was a gimmick and no use to me other than it did show the oil leak.
