the service included an MOT as well as replacing rear brake pads. It was relatively cheap because of the package I had originally been offered when I purchased the car. It helps keep the car affordable and maintenance cheap.
They were very friendly and helpful just a shame they removed the local lift service.

I have been charged £500 for delivery - when the sales point of that car, was that it was already in the showroom, ready to go. I went back to collect the car a week after signing but they had put the wrong number plates on so I had to return later.

My car needed work, whose costs escalated hugely over the course of a couple of hours. It was Saturday midday when I was then told my car was undrivable. I was not offered a lift home. Only a 'good deal on a rental car, if I had my driver license.
Excellent service. Would be 5 star, but I found my aerial unscrewed in the passenger seat.

Would have been "completely satisfied" but I asked for the computer to be reset to advise that my next service is due in May 2020 (ie - 1 year after the last service) and this wasn't done, so it's telling me that my next service is due in March 2020
