Arrived at 11 for handover as per Sytners e mail salesman had been told it was a 1pm handover accordingly vehicle was ready had no plates on and hadn't been charged waited ..still only 80 miles charge good job I didn't have plans to go further

Happy that the issue was resolved in one visit. 4 starts because even though the defective spray nozzle was replaced, the new one does not work as well as before the issue appeared (water jet is a bit weaker).

Parking was terrible. I was lucky this time to have a friend driving me. As a motobility driver my driving is limited. I did not see any disabled parking. Was told tyres ok, a week later the tyre light for low pressure came on.

Not convinced that the service was thorough. There were a couple of points that should have raised a notification as they did with the MOT that seemed to be completely missed.
