Arrived at 11 for handover as per Sytners e mail salesman had been told it was a 1pm handover accordingly vehicle was ready had no plates on and hadn't been charged waited ..still only 80 miles charge good job I didn't have plans to go further

I have a Mini Service Plan and have always driven Mini's, The very minimum was carried out for the service. Very negative attitude. Did not refill windscreen washer bottle, no software update, was not told Skelton staff on that day, very poor service

Happy that the issue was resolved in one visit. 4 starts because even though the defective spray nozzle was replaced, the new one does not work as well as before the issue appeared (water jet is a bit weaker).

Parking was terrible. I was lucky this time to have a friend driving me. As a motobility driver my driving is limited. I did not see any disabled parking. Was told tyres ok, a week later the tyre light for low pressure came on.
