Happy that the issue was resolved in one visit. 4 starts because even though the defective spray nozzle was replaced, the new one does not work as well as before the issue appeared (water jet is a bit weaker).

The service and the staff and reception were as always very good - only issue is the booking process - it's awful - I just want to be able to call the service dept, speak to a human and get advice where needed
