Disappointed my car wasn't cleaned after the service. The showroom have contacted us to rectify this and offer a service clean, however it is not easy for us to drop it off again to get cleaned so we have done independently.

You undertook a vehicle check for what was only a transmission oil change, drew attention to a nail in one of the rear tyres saving me the risk/aggravation of it failing en route. In addition Amy (?) helped me find a very good florist nearby!

Always great service, very friendly team who are great. Would have preferred updates a bit sooner as live an hour away and left twice to collect car when it wasn't ready. You can't seem to get through by phone anymore either so have to rely on text

Service advisor Amy Clark was excellent, but the technicians showed poor ethics. They needed prompting to find the fault, and their careless reassembly of the door panel raises doubts about MINI's standards and the value of its warranty.

I have a Mini Service Plan and have always driven Mini's, The very minimum was carried out for the service. Very negative attitude. Did not refill windscreen washer bottle, no software update, was not told Skelton staff on that day, very poor service

Happy that the issue was resolved in one visit. 4 starts because even though the defective spray nozzle was replaced, the new one does not work as well as before the issue appeared (water jet is a bit weaker).

Parking was terrible. I was lucky this time to have a friend driving me. As a motobility driver my driving is limited. I did not see any disabled parking. Was told tyres ok, a week later the tyre light for low pressure came on.
