Kieran was fantastic! I went in on a Saturday and was able to pick up my new car (to my exact specifications) the following Wednesday. He made sure the process was smooth when it came to signing documents to picking up the car! (Synter Chigwell)

Not convinced that the service was thorough. There were a couple of points that should have raised a notification as they did with the MOT that seemed to be completely missed.

My service missed 2 'dangerous defects' which resulted in an MOT fail. The faults categorically should have been picked up. Instead they were marked as fine. The response re the stop/start not working is weak. I paid c£600 for false information
