The staff at mini Chigwell are exceptional- I had the pleasure of dealing with Pyper and Tony, Pyper is by far the most likable friendly and professional sells person I've ever met. The whole team are beyond friendly and welcoming.

My 2025 mini cooper s developed a issue with vibration and a light dead zone in the steering response while cruising above 40mph. The issue was dealt with efficiency and I was kept informed regularly. Car is at the moment free of the problem.

Booked my Mini for a 9:30am oil change and waited on site. After an hour, the car had been washed and parked outside, but I was later told no work had actually been done. I didn't receive the car back until nearly 1pm.
