Good explanations given. I didn't feel rushed and was treated respectfully. Made to feel really good about my purchase. Personally I don't like heavy sales and than got his pitch just right. I felt extremely comfortable with him.

walk in as driven over a puncture and needed to get to my destination - my concern was dealt with professionally and quickly even though it was late in the day

The service was fine but I'm surprised they had to have the car all day for a brake fluid change having dropped it off at 9.30 am. Unfortunately due to an accident on the M11 I then couldn't get there until the next morning.
